Whether you require support of your desktop users on a 9 to 5 Monday through Friday basis, specialist support for your servers, or simply ad-hoc "call us when you need us" incident based support, we are in a position to provide a service that is both cost effective and flexible.
We provide support for all systems we have installed, can undertake support, maintenance and upgrades of a variety of desktops and servers, and provide qualified expertise in the market leading software and your own bespoke applications. We can also advise on and support your local and wide area network infrastructure.
Our basic support offering is a contract free package which allows you to call our engineers when you discover an issue and receive telephone support or arrange a site visit. We find this service generally appeals to small businesses and home workers who don’t have a server or a network to support, but would like advice and assistance when they need it most.
This cost effective package involves no up-front or monthly fees as any services used are invoiced monthly.
